In the third quarter of 2024, the top photography apps on the Android platform in the Middle East demonstrated varied performance trends according to Sensor Tower data.

Picsart: AI Photo Video Editor saw a notable increase in weekly revenue towards the end of the quarter, peaking at around $8.2K in early September. Weekly downloads fluctuated, with a high of approximately 37K in mid-August, while weekly active users slightly declined from about 330K to 293K over the quarter.

For Remini - AI Photo Enhancer, weekly revenue reached its highest at approximately $5.8K in late July. The app experienced a decrease in weekly downloads from early July's 43K to around 24K by the end of September. Weekly active users also decreased, starting at 151K and ending the quarter at 138K.

The Video Editor & Maker - InShot app recorded a peak in weekly downloads at 31.7K in early August, while weekly revenue hovered around $2.5K throughout the quarter. Its weekly active users, however, showed a slight decline from 433K to 400K.

UpFoto - AI Photo Enhancer experienced a significant rise in weekly downloads, reaching a peak of 32.2K in late August. Weekly revenue showed a similar upward trend, peaking at $631 in the same period. The app's weekly active users increased from 27K to 37K by the end of the quarter.

Lastly, Photoroom AI Photo Editor saw its weekly revenue peak at approximately $5.8K at the end of September. Weekly downloads fluctuated, reaching a high of 29K in early September. The app's weekly active users increased from 47K to 56K, showcasing a growing user base.
